DISCLAIMER AS TO LISTS

The following lists of arbitrators and mediators have been adopted by the Bar Council of the NSW Bar Association for recommendation as suitably qualified and experienced barristers for appointment by the identified courts for performance of the particular function. Where the courts have made an appointment, each list has been updated and noted accordingly. The lists were prepared for use by the courts and are neither exhaustive nor any warranty of or representation as to performance.

These lists contain the contact details of each barrister current as at the time of their appointment. If a barrister has changed chambers, in order to obtain up to date address details please refer to the 'Find a Barrister' webpage located at: http://findabarrister.nswbar.asn.au/barrister-search.php

The areas of practice listed for each barrister as well as qualification and experience were supplied to the New South Wales Bar Association by the barrister concerned and the Bar Association does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in these entries and does not accept any liability whatsoever from any reliance upon the information. Specific enquiries about the areas of practice, qualification and experience of a barrister listed, should be directed to that barrister's clerk, whose name can be obtained from the 'Find a Barrister' webpage mentioned above, or, where no clerk is listed, by direct contact with the barrister.
