Old editions of Bar News (1985-1999) scanned and available online

Back issues of Bar News: The Journal of the New South Wales Bar Association have been scanned and made available on the association's web site. The online collection now includes every edition since 1985. This is a valuable resource for legal and historical research. There are articles of record, such as "The transition from Queens Counsel to Senior Counsel" (1993), and others with a timeless theme, like "Why are cases taking longer nowadays?" (1993). There are photos of past social engagements, sporting events, obituaries and stories penned by people who have since been appointed to the bench or have passed away.
